Saute onion and garlic in butter on range then remove from heat and add lemon juice and crushed pineapple. Coat red snapper with sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika then topped with mixture mentioned above and add basil. Baked on grill pan at 375 deg until temp of 135 deg reached
