  • 1 lb. Shrimp
  • 2 C. Roban Sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. Cooked Shell Pasta
  • 1/4 C. Green Onion, chopped

Roban Sauce

  • 1/4 C. Butter
  • 2 TBSP. Garlic
  • 1 C. Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Qt. Heavy Cream
  • 1 TBSP. Blackened Seasoning

Roban Sauce
1. Place butter, garlic and green onion in a sauce pan and cook just until the garlic releases its flavor. Add Heavy Cream and reduce by half. The sauce should heavily coat the back of a spoon. Add blackened seasoning and adjust with more spice to taste.
2. Saute the shrimp until done, then add to sauce. Mix in cooked pasta and top with green onion.
