#Thirsty Thursday Wine Review

Joel Gott

So tonight my Dad and I were cooking up a meal worthy of a King. A Father’s Day Throwdown! What goes well with a nice roasted chicken, with veggies and potatoes? A nice crisp, dry white wine. This meal was not heavy with butter, or cream or anything like that, so smoothness of this wine was perfect.

While Sauvignon Blanc is traditionally a very dry wine, the Joel Gott was delightfully not. While dry yes, it presented itself with a slight green apple style crisp. Almost as though it was a Chardonnay and Sauvignon blended together.

All in all, for the $12.00 price point, I would highly recommend this wine. It can be found at most grocery stores.

Peace,

Adam
